Hi, my Ryzen 5 3600g and asrock a320m freezing when playing Roblox or Minecraft and on reset the drivers are uninstalled and driver software from taskbar has gone. Any idea why this happens? Taken it back to shop numerous times they removed drivers and reinstalled, updated bios to 4.00, when running stress tests in never happend. Yes problem persists. Why would drivers get uninstalled when game freezes and reset? Yes have restarted pc after installing them. Driving me crazy and PC store sick of me as they cannot replicate on stress tests.
