Ryzen 5 3500 Fatal hardware error - Cache Hierarchy Error

Pc has been running fine for 2 years,
Did Ram, graphics card and cpu stress tests and all passed it
Overclocking is disabled 
updated all Drivers and Bios

From Event Viewer:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 5

Didn't find much help there bur yeah, swapped out the motherboard and still has the same problem
