Like the title saying i have a lot of stutter in games and in normal use ! don't know what the heck is going on !
In games FPS drop from 60-70 to 1 ! the screen completely stop and after 1 sec or 2 everything go to normal !
first when i build my PC there was no single problem at all games and everything was running SUPER SMOOTH.. (and btw i'm running on gaming monitor 165h)
after a while the PC start to stutter in games and in normal use while browsing or doing anything !
This is my PC specs
Running windows 10 Pro with latest update.
Version : 20H2
OS Build 19042.630

PLEASE I NEED HELP games are completely unplayable at all !
