I bought Radeon RX 5600 XT and requested "Q3 2020 AMD Radeon™ Raise the Game Bundle Promotion" in Japan on November 4, 2020. Then I received coupon code and claimed reward on November 9, 2020. It displayed that,

>Coupon code expired. Please refer to the terms and conditions.
>If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact support.

I contacted AMD Rewards Customer Service at https://www.amdrewards.com/support, but they said that,

>Unfortunately, the promotion for the game(s) you are trying to redeem has expired and the coupon code is now void.
>All rewards are subject to an expiration date and customers need to redeem their codes and use all available credits before then.
>Please be sure to check amdrewards.com to see the terms and conditions for each promotion.
>We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

>AMD Rewards

What should I do?

Well the promo was extended in Sept. to Dec., so write them back.

To double check if you should receive the codes.

I purchased an RX5700XT for a PC Build. The purchase was made during an extension period for the promotion. The Etailer had the AMD Reward Bundle posted on their website and on the GPU. I made sure to get Email confirmation from them that the Game Codes and Xbox Game Pass were definitely in with the purchase as it was into the extension period. 

They then tried to back out of it once the GPU was delivered, told me tough luck no codes.

It should be mandatory that the AMD Rewards Codes are on the Purchase Order.
I feel it is so open to abuse that something should be done about it.

AMD Rewards support did help me out in the end, and once they were on to it it was solved very quickly.
