Checking with NewEgg shows that Ryzen 3000 series processors are almost completely sold out.
A couple of bottom of the line models are available but any of the more powerful models are unavailable.
Obviously AMD underestimated demand and undersupplied the market, but now the Ryzen 4000 series is imminent so more likely they are looking to improved the situation into early 2020
