You know more information is needed... such-as what the artefact is., what software / games does it appear in., is it constant or intermittent... a Screenshot / Screen Grab showing it would also be useful.

I have seen lots of that with my RX 480 installed on my MSI X570-A PRO motherboard. When I get artifacts I reboot the machine immediately. Sometimes Windows would issue an alter that the graphics settings were reset. The card was at default so I have to wonder what is going on at the miniport level etc.

I have an EVGA GTX 1060 which has been stable so I am using that pending a new BIOS update etc
