BIOS automatically disables the APU Integrated Graphics when you install a separate GPU Card (GT 710) on the motherboard.

BIOS setting would need to be in "Auto" or PCIe rather than in IGP or something similar for the GPU card to be enabled and the Integrated Graphics being disabled automatically.

Thus the Main Display Device is the GPU card and not the Integrated Graphics.

If you want to get video output from the Motherboard then you either have to remove the GPU Card or disable the GPU card in BIOS.

In BIOS there should be a settings to make the Integrated Graphics the Main Display adapter but it will disable the GT 710.

You need to look in all the BIOS settings for your motherboard. Look for something similar to IGPU in BIOS Settings.

The fastest way is just to remove the GT710 GPU Card.

Try installing the latest APU AMD Driver and see if it makes any difference. If it doesn't then try installing a previous AMD Driver from here:

Latest AMD APU Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-3-desktop-processors-radeon-vega-g...

Previous AMD APU Drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-3-desktop-process...

Note: make sure you use DDU in Safe Mode (best method) or on the Desktop with the Internet disconnected and deleting AMD and Nvidia Installation folder at C:\AMD and C:\Nvidia before installing any AMD drivers.

You must remove all traces of your Nvidia GPU driver BEFORE installing the AMD Drivers again using DDU.
