Hello i have a problem with rx 6600 my gpu usage is below 50% in cs 2 i have 16gb ram 3200mhz i5-core 11400f shoudnt be some bottleneck my cpu usage is 70% i did my powerplan on ultimate perfomance tried everything turned off ulps and still doesnt work
