RX 6700 XT / i5 11600k - stuttering every game.

My build:

Saphire Pulse RX 6700 XT 12GB (previous card 1060 6gb asus turbo)
i5 11600k
Corsair RMX 650W

32GB RAM 3600mhz viper patriot
Z590 AORUS ULTRA
2 SSD 1TB 500GB
2 Monitors - AOC 144HZ 1920x1080 / Old Philips 60hz 1920x1080 (i dont know exact models names)
I will add right away that after replacing the card from Nvidia to AMD, I used DDU to certainly clean all the remnants of the previous card's drivers, and I have XMP mode enabled (trying with disabled XMP too) so the RAM is fully used.

I bought the GPU in February this year, from the very beginning I was not very satisfied with the performance, I decided not to return the card due to the need to quickly assemble a computer for work and gaming after a long time of looking for something to replace my GTX 1060 6GB. For a long time I played titles that did not show any problems - Forza Horizon 4/5 and other racing titles worked flawlessly at high details with constant and stable fps. I started to notice really big problems only when I started playing games that play better only after achieving higher fps and are focused mainly on CPU, I mean mainly esports titles, etc., Fortnite, League of Legends, Valorant, Battlefield (any version) War Thunder (I previously played on 144fps on old 1060) etc... u know what i mean.
The biggest problem is in Fortnite, the game is literally unplayable, the stuttering is so strong that from time to time I literally have a slideshow on the screen at random moments while nothing special is happening on the screen, the CPU usage is in the range of 70-100% almost all the time . When it comes to LOL or Valorant, I can play it on normal settings at 144fps, but from time to time there is micro stuttering that prevents me from playing esports titles such as these comfortably.
During this entire time, I controlled the temperatures while playing and the card did not exceed 70 degrees while playing the above-mentioned titles.
I'm quite disappointed with the results because on the previous, much worse card, I wasn't able to run games at higher details, but on lower details everything ran 10 times smoother and more stable than here without any stuttering.
I don't think that my processor is too weak for my card because I've seen dozens of videos and read on many forums that it is the perfect combination for optimal gaming at 1920x1080p

The things I tried to do to fix the situation were trying dozens of versions of AMD drivers, Adrenaline versions/just pure drivers without software, DDU several times, i also installed new updated BIOS for my Mobo too.
What can I do to fix it because mine really doesn't work and I think I should just buy a worse Nvidia card after this time so as not to have such problems.

Thank you very much for any help and advice, I will try to answer questions that will help fix the problem

It sounds like a frustrating issue but there are a few things you can try to improve performance. Start by checking if your CPU is bottlenecked by monitoring per-core usage with MSI Afterburner if one core is maxed out, try capping your FPS to 144 or lower. Disable overlays from apps like Discord, Radeon Software or Xbox Game Bar and turn off Enhanced Sync in AMD Adrenalin settings. For Fortnite, try DX11 or Performance Mode and lower settings like Shadows and Effects. Make sure your RAM is stable by running a memory test and consider running it at default speeds if needed. Finally, a fresh Windows install might help clear lingering issues from the old Nvidia drivers. If none of this works, testing the GPU in another PC could rule out hardware issues. Let us know how it goes!

Good things take time.

From the very beginning, in every game I have the limit or vsync turned on to 144fps, in Fortnite I play the same on the lowest possible settings (I also tested on higher settings out of curiosity, no changes), I turned off all overlays from Discord, Xbox, etc. from the very beginning and Windows itself was left by me as optimized for performance as possible. I don't have any option to check the card in another computer, unfortunately. Here is a screenshot of MSI AFTERBURNER while playing in the following order: War Thunder, Fortnite, League of Legends, Valorant and Battlefield 2042 (nevermind battlefield doesnt allow msi afterbunner to show up on screen but its still unplayable because of stutters)
