Hello everyone,

I'm new to AMD in general and just built my first pc ever

When I bought my GPU a month ago, I got a bundle in which I had Space Marine 2 with another game. I have to use a code with AMD REWARD to be able to access thoses games. At the moment I received the GPU however, I wasn't able to build the pc yet so I decided to activate the product on my laptop, thinking that I'd get a Steam Code so that I could put the game on my Steam account and proceed to download it once I build my pc. However when I tried to use the app it said that it didn't recognized any AMD component within my laptop (which is normal)

So now, I understand that I need to run the pc with the corresponding component (the GPU I bought), in order to activate it. However, today, when I finished building my pc, I tried to activate once again the coupon code. The authentificator app worked but then, when I arrived on AMD REWARD website it just said that the coupon code was already used.

Has anyone ever met this problem before ? How can I contact support for this since it seems there are no contacts possible on AMD REWARDS ?

Put in a support ticket on the amdrewards site.

If you check the terms and conditions there is a section for what to do if you have problems activating the code.

If Participant has installed an Eligible AMD Product but is unable to complete the redemption process, a ticket
may be entered through “Contact Support” on https://www.amdrewards.com/support.
