If anyone can please help me I have a rx 6600/ Ryzen 5 5600 and I have been receiving microstuttering every 5 seconds no matter what time of day. I have already had a service technician come to my home and check my internet with no issues found which leaves me to believe this a hardware problem. If you have any solutions please let me know I feel like I have tried everything under the sun. Here is a clip to get an idea of what it looks like
