rx 6600 automatically overclocking

my new rx 6600 always overclocking automatically with clock speed 2500mhz even after many times i set tuning profile to manual or default . it keep overlocking by itself

is that a common issue?

GPU is likely factory overclocked. You should be able to set highest clockspeed manually from Radeon software and then hit apply

What are you trying to achieve? RX 6600 is supposed to boost up to 2491, so 2500 is not really an overclock. Do you have a reason to lower it?

Radeon software - Performance - Tuning - 2491(or lower) to P3 frequenzy - Apply changes.

I just don't see why you would want to do this.

Probably due to driver enhancements, many people seeing up to 200+mhz above original spec.

You could ask on msi support forum, see if others have same.
