Hi, i bought sapphire radeon RX 580 OC 4GB, but i have problem when im playing games...i turned off vsync in game, in amd software always off, but the game still feels like vsync is on, you know what i mean?
The "delayed" mouse problem, its really unplayable i always have to restart my computer.
My fps are 140+ vsync is off, but it feels like its turned on even when its not, i hope you understand me...
The mouse is just delayed in games, its too " smooth " like when you move with mouse, you can feel the delay
it never happened to me, just when i bought the graphic card .
