My PC have a video card RX 560, processor AMD Athlon 320 GE and motherboard A320M.

I have a problem on my pc where every time I open a game or application that runs on the GPU, a colored stripe flashes on the left side of the screen.

I've already updated the video drivers, I've uninstalled and installed them again, I've tried to install old drivers, but the problem persists.

I would like someone to help me solve this problem.

The problem does not change when you connect the monitor to the board and the video card itself?
As far as I understand, the px 560 was bought later, without it there are no problems. So connecting the monitor to the motherboard can solve the problem, but personally I have performance problems in windows 11, but everything is fine in ubuntu.

but if i connect the hdmi on the motherboard, the games won't run on the video card
