I've been waiting for about a week at this point to submit an RMA claim on my CPU -- which the website says will be available once again July 7. I understand that systems go down sometimes, but it has been multiple days, and it is now about 20 minutes before the East Coast end of business on July 7. I am trying to be patient but I feel I have already been patient enough waiting. Is the maintenance process close to complete? Is there any information as to when the RMA and email form will be back up?
