I sent a processor that I believed to be defective on March 17, 2023. I received an e-mail, letting me know that had gotten it and would start testing it soon, on March 28. It is currently April 19th and I have yet to get an update e-mail. Is it normal to have to wait nearly a month for them to test it and send an e-mail back, or is something up?
