After severals issue with the support to have a RMA :
I have a new issue: I moved away from my previous address and the support refuse to change the destination of the RMA. WHen I bought the GPU, I know I will move, and I add my new address as billing addres (at this moment I hoped it could be easier to fix shiping problems during my move )
In another time, I would accept a refund, but that's so difficult to buy a GPU.
The GPU will be sent only when you will receive the previous, I can't imagine you can't change the destination or maybe when you buy a product on the AMD shop, you can't move away? ^o^
To discuss this you'll need to respond to your RMA service request.
The support proposed to do a return to Austin, and after that they will send me a new card.
I was so positive about the RMA....
I sent everything, but the return stay blocked with the status since Saturday:
``"Paperwork is required from the importer to continue with the clearance processing``"
Tuesday, I contacted by phone DHL, they wait some documents from AMD, but they don't have any news.
I contacted the AMD's support, but the supporter didn't read the shipping status, and didn't answered me anymore...
