I bought a Ryzen7700x and MIS B650 motherboard from Microcenter.

I never got my to free games from Microcenter.  They said AMD

has not replenish codes for their customers.

Coupon codes are provided by the retailer and should appear on your invoice or confirmation email as a separate line item, or included as a physical card if buying in store. If you did not receive a code you will need to contact the retailer customer support.

AMD Promotions "Terms & Conditions" does state that Game Coupons will be available as long as game coupon supplies lasts. Once the Retailer/Vendor uses up all of its allocated Game Coupons then they will need to wait for AMD to provide them with more coupons.

Reading your OP it sounds like Micro Center ran out of Game Coupons and is now waiting to see if AMD will allocate more game coupons to the Retailer.

There was one AMD Promotion that I remember that most Retailer ran out game coupons very quickly and Customer were complaining. AMD Rewards promptly provided more Game coupons to the Retailers.

Contact AMD Rewards Support and see if Micro Center ran out of game coupons and if AMD will allocate more coupons to the Retailer or what is the issue with Micro Center concerning game coupons.
