I recently built a new system using the MSI B650 Gaming Plus motherboard, a Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, and Corsair 5600MHz DDR5 RAM. During the POST process, my PC often gets stuck with a red CPU light and a green DRAM light on the motherboard. However, sometimes it does successfully start and boots into the OS.
I’ve tried the following steps, but the issue persists:
• Re-seating the CPU and RAM.
• Swapping RAM slots and trying each RAM stick individually.
• Clearing the CMOS.
• Ensuring all power connections are secure.
Is this a known compatibility issue or a hardware fault? Could you provide guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue further?
