Does this Ram natively Support overclock on Ryzen 5 7500f with Gigabyte B650M ds3h? 
or this will be a compatibility issue while running on 6000 mhz full speed ?

That RAM Part Number is listed as being compatible with your Gigabyte Motherboard and it says it can be overclocked.

Notice that under the QVL List is "XMP" which is the overclocking feature of the RAM and it has a "V" stating that it is verified for overclocking that particular RAM Part Number.
