Radeon RX480 Red Devil nightmare

It all began a week ago with my PC (sitting for a year untouched literally) decides to give up on me.

I was playing cyberpunk the previous night and all was fine. Now I press the power button, the fans and stuff spin to life but the monitor displays no signal and goes pitch black. I open the case up and clean everything I can even cleaned the RAM with an eraser. Close it up, push the power button satisfied with the work and … PC starts to boot-cycle. No signal on the monitor, turns on and off after couple of seconds, ONLY fans working .

I took it to a friend of mine working for a pc repair shop. He comes back to me 2 days later laughing and saying that it seems I have forgot to fully plug in the 8 pin on the GPU (that's odd). I took the PC home plugged it in and … nothing. I use a DP for the output so I changed every DP I had on the GPU and the monitor. Checked with him and he used HDMI so I try it to. At first still nothing but after a reboot it comes to life and I can see output on the monitor. i stress test the PC as we also installed a new tower cooler and I see that the GPU is nowhere to be seen. I open My Computer and i see my drive D gone. Open up the pc I see power pin disconnected from the hard drive. Reconnect it try again and the drive is there but I still cant see the GPU.

I get the brilliant idea to check for new drivers (maybe mine are old or something) so I try to find Radeon Software where I usually update my drivers and tweak my GPU but I cant find it. I download Radeon Adrenaline and install it so I could update the drivers. Restart the PC after the install and Adrenaline is gone. I look in device manager and I see the GPU but it has orange exclamation mark and this pops up :Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

When I try to run CS:GO this pops up:

This machine is +3 yo and I cant recall the exact components I built it with but it is roughly:

CPU: Ryzen 3 2300x

GPU: RX 480 Red Devil

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8G

PSU: Cooler Master 550W bronze

HDD: 2TB Seagate

SSD: Kingston 256G

Please if someone has any ideas help me!
