I recently upgraded from a 1070 to a 5700xt. The card is juiced in all my games. However, OBS is a pain--very slow scene switching and low quality in the recordings. 1070 didn't have any problems at all in OBS. I've tried both AMF and HW H.264 encoders to no avail. Task manager only shows about 1.3% or less GPU usage which doesn't seem right. I've tried with and without B-frames. I'm also using default tuning in Adrenalin.
