Query about Starfield bundle

I live in the UK and I've bought a XFX 6700 XT from newegg.com knowing it was a participating retailer for the Starfield bundle. However, when it arrived, I didn't receive any codes or vouchers with the GPU. Am I not eligible for the bundle or am I missing something?

So I’ve contacted newegg and it does look like it’s because I’m in the UK which is pretty upsetting but not much I can do about that I guess.
