Generally caused by windows update replacing driver, there are guides on the web for blocking driver updates from windows update.
so what do i do
cuz my specs say Ryzen7 5700U with Radeon Graphics (doent say what type my gpu is)
and 8gb ram an windows 11

Go to amd.com/en/support and download the driver for your 5700U from the table as shown below.
