Hello, I had an Intel i5 10400F and Gigabyte H410M S2H and upgraded to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and B550M DS3H. After doing that my computer started to do some micro stuttering when idling, listening to Spotify and other stuff but not when gaming. All temps are normal I think (35°C GPU and 40°C CPU).
After installing the new components I reinstalled Windows and this problem started to happen. Never had anything like this before so probably is because of the new components ?

Anyone have an idea of what could be or how can I find the what's causing the problem?
