pc will randomly reboot

hello, I've had a recurring problem with my pc where it would randomly and abruptly crash(no BSOD). it happens either with high load or completely idle. it stopped happening for 3 months then now its suddenly back, I only have a single dump file that I can actually use but I'm not sure where its trying to point me to, I can upload it if that helps.

The dump file could provide some insights into what’s causing the issue. Ensure your PC’s cooling system is working correctly. Overheating can cause the system to reboot to prevent damage. A failing PSU can lead to random reboots. If possible, test with another PSU to rule this out. Outdated or corrupt drivers can cause instability. Make sure all your drivers, especially the chipset and graphics drivers, are up to date. Running the Windows Update Troubleshooter can resolve issues that might cause system instability.
