PC Shutdowns when Gaming/Benchmarking

Hi Guys,

I've recently built a new pc and it shuts down whenever I run games/heaven benchmark on GPU, CPU clears the benchmark test.

GPU temps stay around 80-85 degrees and CPU around 50-60 degrees. I've reinstalled AMD graphics drivers, BIOS and Windows 10 is up-to-date, Did a clean install of Windows, no luck.

GPU/CPU nothing is overclocked, default settings are used everywhere.

GPU: Rx 6700xt (12 GB)
CPU: Intel i5-12400f
PSU: Deepcool PM650D 80+ Gold

Any help will be appreciated!

Issue has been resolved after replacing the GPU.

Did you tweak any settings for your CPU?

Nope, just turned off C-states and Asus Performance Enhancement in BIOS.

You are correct, but the temps are pretty much normal while gaming. Tried swapping GPU cables, booting on a single RAM stick and swapping PSU, but that didn't help. So not sure if it has something hardware related or a faulty GPU.

Update: Ran the OCCT Stability Test on VRAM and it went off after around 20 minutes. Temps were normal.
Most likely, it is the GPU that is causing it, and will replace it.
