I was editing in After Effects 1 hour ago and suddenly my Laptop screen went black. I closed the laptop and re opened it, and saw a questionnaire that told me my Laptop crashed and I had to fill a survey. Now my Laptop is on safe mode but when I try to exit it using the program RUN and typing msconfig it doesn't work. Someone please help me I have to do my school work and I can't because of this issue.
