Not sure if it a Driver/Software issue or a hardware issue. Over the last year or so I have been playing COD MW2&MW3, Fortnite, and Diablo 4 on my pc. Until recently I haven’t had any problems. Always making sure I have the latest updates on everything. About a week ago while I was loading into a match of MWZ I started to notice screen tearing once match loaded the tearing worsened to the point of crashing the game. I’ve tried running game in safe mode, uninstalling/reinstalling the game and drivers, moved graphics card to different slot on motherboard,different cables and monitors and nothing has alleviated the screen tearing. Any suggestions?

Radeon 6700xt 12gb
LG 32 UltraGear monitor
Refresh rate 120MHz
