I recently started to experience an issue with Oculus link with my RX 580, basically if I put the refresh rate at 120hz, games run at 120 FPS as intended, but in the headset I only see around 10 FPS, like if the encoder was overloaded (it isn't).
To clarify, 120hz mode worked perfectly fine, just a few weeks ago it started to lag, any other refresh rate runs fine, but I need 120hz mode for Beat Saber, to get less delay and smoother movement.
I'm running the latest 22.5.2 drivers (the issue was there also on 22.5.1) on an 8gb RX 580 connected to a Quest 2 via USB 3
