So I've been struggling with this problem for a while now. When I'm doing anything in the desktop my pc will randomly freeze and restart (it does not happen when I'm gaming). So I've searched a lot about this and people say it's a voltage problem or something like that. I changed the PSU and it keeps restarting so it wasn't the problem. I ran memory tests and everything is okay, same with both disks, also reinstalled windows multiple times. I did not overclocked my CPU nor my GPU or RAM.
Windows Event Viewer throws me this errors:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 0
and
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

I know it is a CPU or Motherboard problem but I want to know why this happens and if there's any solution besides changing the components.
