So I'm having this issue with Need for Speed Carbon lags every three seconds the screen freezes meanwhile the other games don't do that...I'm using the 1.4 version of carbon atm but the 1.3 did the same
My drivers are 17.7 Radeon (i am not upgrading it or downgrading it cause it causes me issues)
