needing help to install radeon 6450 to use with a vga monitor and extend to a vga projector for church worship

hi, im having to use an amd Radeon 6450 on a hp desktop running win 10 64-bit, i need to pipe a main monitor and be able to also pipe to a projector for my church's worship program, and help is greatly appreciated and sorely needed

thanks, but the main problem im having is i cannot get the drivers to install. and the one time they were installed i couldn't use more then one port on the card because i would lose signal to both, right after that we had a thunderstorm that crashed the pc, so im back to square one and now im at a loss. sorry, tech isn't my forte. thaks for the help though
