I have an AMD Radeon R7 200 Series and when i download the auto tool it gives me an old version 22.6.1 and it runs my games bad. is this okay?

Can you define bad? Which model do you have exactly? And what games are we talking about?

If I take for example a R7 240 on a game like CSGO, PUBG or fortnite, you'll be getting sub 30-60fps on the lowest settings. The 1% lows are so bad it can be sometimes a slideshow.

Its an old card, maybe its time to move on.
