Monitor D-Sub not Working
If I connect my 2 monitors to the ports on the Nvidia graphics card, both monitors display, however the B550-M motherboard also has, located near the top, a D-Sub and DVI-D connectors, whilst I await delivery of a new DV1-VGA connector cable, I have tried connecting the D-Sub connector on the computer to the D-Sub connector on the Phillips monitor, but the connection is not recognized, the message keeps saying to check the connections.
Any ideas as to the problem
Thank you

You are not going to get any video output from your Motherboard's video ports because you don't have a processor with Integrated Graphics (APU).
You have a Rzyen 5 3600 which doesn't have Integrated Graphcis so therefore you will not have any video outputs from your motherboard's video output ports. Only from your Nvidia GPU card.
