Micro Stuttering Issue, 3x PC's, various games

Good day,

I have 3x AMD systems, running Ryzen 5 5600 X with RX 6600 XT's(8GB), 2 windows 11, one windows 10. all with Samsung evo 970, 16 GB ram(corsair, Klevv, Klevv).

With some games we get frequent micro stuttering and frame drops to like 20 fps from 144...
If it was just one of the systems I would not have noticed it, but across all 3 it seems a bit too much to be a coincidence...

Is there any known issues with this or is there a fix?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you, NN0-

Option one:

"The disable hardware acceleration option enables you to turn off hardware acceleration for debugging and test purposes."

Guys the solution is disable MPO

MPO is only active on mainscreen.

MPO only supports 8 bit color depth setting 10 bit color depth disengages it.

Disabling MPO fixes blackscreens and stuttering issues even flickering issues.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Dwm]
"OverlayTestMode"=dword:00000005

The lack of this key means its enabled

MPO is a functionality of DWM desktop windows manager on windows 10 and windows 11"

Try disabling Anti-Lag.
It doesn't play well with some games increasing amount of microstutters.
