Is your TV or phone a real computer? is it AMD? how can we tell?

In countrys like japan the LAW or just the people required their phones to use INFRARED communication COMPUTERS! not like a quasi psuedo calculator where its had premade buttons that do a specific function and pretend to be a computer. I mean like run code and apps or wifi over the IR infrared port like its an optical internet connection and its own code/apps for use over 'optical'. This is because in japan it is the polite and social thing to do to exchange business cards and contact information. Being able to tap and send data from your phone to someone elses like tapping your credit/debit card with NFC to pay quickly or train ticket to enter the train gates is important and a part of business and communication when meeting new people. But would that mean my TV remote is a computer? not necessarily, it could be more of a calculator. Does this mean you should use computers and smart phones with special means of scanning objects and colors and calibrating monitors/TV's displays? would that be more computery? well is a start and you should expect to be able to match the colors on paints or identify the grit or grain size of sandpaper or determining the variety of a type of fruit or vegetable or other things by pointing your phone at it and scanning it with the camera and or other means. but the only way i can know to tell if your phone has AMD stuff in it, is to make things like a config.ini text file and tell the OS and display driver to use the AMD drivers for things like infinitycache or infinityfabric and like overriding 8xEQsupersampling and overriding 64x tessellation/tesseraction 3DNOW and 3DVCACHE and SIMD and SAM and smartaccessvideo smartaccessMEMORY and smartaccess storage and use smartshiftECO and CINEMA4D and HEVC and anything else you can see clearly written on the boxes of AMD CPU/GPU like TRUEAUDIONEXT maybe try TRUEVIDEONEXT or ultraextremeresolution, ATXZTXtruegodrays or ultraextremerendering PRORENDER or ZSR VSR virtualresolution or virtualsuperresolution or just you know fidelityFXsuperresolution or ultraextremesuperresolution. use photomode photometry dolbyvisionmodetrue physicallybasedrendermodetrue. Fasterthanlightcomputing and resetalllatency to 0 or minus some latency lets say -7AA latency. see the intels and nvidias.. they physically cant and just keep piling up latency.
