I have been on the chats and phone with Amazon trying to get my game code. I keep getting the runaround at Amazon with promises the issue will be resolved in a few days. On top of it I have to keep proving to the customer support reps that the promotion exists. I even have to supply the them with the particulars that are printed on their website. I have fulfilled all the requirements and their own site says the code will be emailed after 3 days. I purchased the CPU on July 7th, 2020. I paid $422 for the CPU with expectations of getting my promotional item.
