Installed New Adrenalin Driver and AMD Software Disappeared

When I installed the new Adrenaline version it causes my Radeon software to disappear so I had to go back and do a system restore. This happened twice. What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this? I have a laptop by Asus ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition with AMD Ryzen 9 5980HX with Radeon 6800M GPU and I use Windows 11. This is very frustrating and my games also say I need Direct X12 when it's currently enabled in settings.

Sounds like windows update replacing driver?

Go to https://www.elevenforum.com/ search for 'disable driver updates' guides/options.

Thanks for the tip. It appears my windows was awaiting a restart after cummulative update. I did decide to stick with edition that came with my laptop. Do you agree that may be a wise decision?
