i need advice

i just got a new ryzen 5 pc, went to log in and got a black screen after it went past the screen that lets you hit delete or f2.  i restarted it but now it wont exit the UEFI BIOS Utility-advanced mode screen.  plz help

Maybe your windows boot loader is corrupt, that wouldn't let it boot past BIOS. Do you have access to another computer to download the repair tool? I'm assuming it was working fine before that?

May be your window gets en error in doing such things you should update your window then check it

Try changing boot disk to the Windows hard disk in bios setting and boot with it and it may work.

you can check the task manager and show all apps working well if you see any problems.
