On the page: Create Password (amd.com)
Whenever I try to create password I got this msg: "not a valid password".

I tried dozens of passwords nothing works, please send help

I see Xilinx is now part of AMD company.

I suggest you open a AMD Support ticket and see if they can help you with logging in from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Possibly one of the Moderators might be able to help also indirectly.
