As it is looking now, This is a bug in Apex Legends, However the developers are aware of the problem and is looking into it.
I did call EA a couple of days back and they said that this is a know issue and that they're looking into it. No one knows when this will be fixed. Please do not follow any guides on youtube claiming to fix this issue
