My 7950x3D decided it just wouldn't work anymore. Less than 2 months old. Was literally working on a Word document and my PC just turned off. Been flawless to this point. Everything on default settings, reseated all components, cleared CMOS, replaced PSU and no cigar - finally swapped CPU for another one and everything works fine. Good times.
In any case, what is the expected turnaround on an RMA ticket getting opened? I filed 2 days ago and haven't seen so much as an email confirmation or ticket number or anything. The email support page is broken, there is no chat or phone number or any other way to reach support. Is this just how it is with AMD??? I can't believe this is the experience trying to get a $700 CPU problem addressed.

After speaking with customer service over the phone, it seems that the RMA link above is either broken or outdated.
(Providing here in case it helps others in the future) They let me know over the phone that I needed to file a new warranty request here: https://consumerreturns.amd.com/ which provided a ticket number right away, shows up in your account for tracking, and I've already seen a follow-up on the ticket.
Try this link - if it can't find the form hit refresh

If you'd prefer to call via phone use this link

To open a new warranty request online use this link

Make sure the email did not get caught in your spam folder
I will say the last (and only) time I've had to request AMD RMA was 2015 on a 1090T and my experience was great, had a replacement processor within a week and a half, which included shipping from east to west coast and back.
Thanks for the pointers. The email link goes to "page not found" for me (multiple browsers and incognito mode also). I did check my spam folders and resubmit the request and nothing came through. I will try the phone numbers next - thanks!
Did you try refresh? Sometimes it doesn't work for me. Then I hit refresh, or I close the window and click the link again and it works.
