Hello,

I inserted axis_ila IP in my block design to monitor one of axi interfaces. But when we programmed XSA file through SD card, ILA couldn't be seen from JTAG. *ltx file is not allowed to be loaded individually. We are working on Versal device and how could I use axis_ila for debug?
