Game Code Redemption Not Working

Hi There,

   I've just bought a 7700XT GPU with the free code for Space Marine 2. Using the AMD Product Verification Tool to register and it comes up that it isn't detecting the correct GPU for that offer, however, the GPU is on their list and installed correctly. Has anyone else had this issue, if so what did you do to rectify it? 

 

*I've E-Mailed the supplier but waiting for a response from them*

Open a AMD REWARDS Support ticket and see what they say.  I would also upload a photo of your Receipt for the 7700XT GPU card to show what you purchased from here: https://www.amdrewards.com/support

EDIT: Run GPU-Z and see which Make & Model it shows you have installed.

According to the Terms and Conditions there are 2 different promo's the 7700XT could qualify for right now.

Did you buy a Sapphire brand card?

Have you had any luck yet? I am having the same issue with my 7800x3d. First email (with proof of purchase) i sent they verified my code and to try again. I did and the authentication tool still did not work. So i emailed back using my same ticket number with screen shots of my error, and they emailed back saying the code isn't valid and to contact the retailer.

I replied saying how can my code no longer be valid after you verified it...
