Hello, i have been having some problems where my pc hangs (no crashes or bsod) and my monitors stay still with the image they were showing(most of the times at least, i had a few instances where they went black) but i can still hear audio, altho the system is unresponsive and the only way to fix this is by shutting down the pc or restarting it with the buttons on the case.
So far i have only noticed this happens when i have hdr enabled and im playing games fullscreen (i have tried replicating this issue when hdr is not enabled and everything works fine), this can happen when:
-im playing a game and i switch from windowed or windowed fullscreen to exclusive fullscreen
-switching from my main monitor with the game on fullscreen to my second monitor and viceversa
-disabling hdr even if my game is closed
-opening a game with hdr enabled (this is the most uncommon, only has happened a couple times)
Things i have tried:
-scanning drives and fixing them.
-monitor my temps, they are fine
-cleaning drivers and reinstalling them, also with different versions
-disconnecting my second monitor and only using the main one
-using different port on my gpu
I really dont know what else to do and i couldnt find any more information online on this issue, its weird because my pc is working fine i can fully use my gpu and my psu is also working fine because i can fully max out on performance when hdr + not playing fullscreen or no hdr + fullscreen games, for more information im on windows 10 latest updates (altho this has happened for a few months and on other windows updates too) i have a ryzen 7 7700x and a 7900xtx, i would really appreciate any help or if you guys have had any similar experiences, thanks.
