Hi, I recently built my first AMD based PC and my fps seems to be very low when I first startup games like overwatch 2 for around the first 2-3 minutes I will get low fps around 100fps but after that it will increase to the max which is 360 and will be stable.
I just wanted to see if there is anything that I may have done to cause this or if there is some sort of bigger issue causing games to be like this.

cpu - 7800x3d
gpu - 7900xt
mb - b650 aorus elite ax ice
ram - g skill trident z5 32gb
