Hello,

I'm having some issues while I try to ramp up an Virtex ultraSCALE VCU118 evaluation kit:

• When the power supply is connected but power switch is OFF, the indication LEDs  are on, including the SYSINIT in RED as show in the following picture:

• When trying to run built-in self tests as described in the manual, the push button test doesn't pass (test LED 1 isn't turning on after pressing the N-S-W-E and middle buttons).

• Windows doesn't detected the UART port while it is connected.

Any help will be appreciated!
