Drivers hard crashing when GPU tuning is used??? RX 6700

Hello guys, 2 months ago I bought XFX SPEEDSTER SWFT 309 RX 6700, and I am experiencing issues with Drivers hard crashing randomly while gaming. For example last time it happened, I was playing CS2 and in the middle of round both screens went black, sound playing normal. I just force shutdown my PC and when it boots it deletes Adrenalin software and driver also. Day when I got my GPU I downloaded Adrenalin software and made all changes in system. I did undervolt and overclock for a little bit, and everything worked fine for few days. And then problems started happening, first day driver crashed 5 times. I decided to leave GPU on default, because I tought that my 550W PSU was making issues. Few days ago I bought Seasonic 750W PSU and did same OC and undervolt to test it out, and issues again appeared after few days. Tried using mulitple driver version both AMD and modded, and same thing on both.

If someone has any idea how to workaround this, so I can use GPU tuning without any issuses, I would be very happy.

PC SPEC: R5 5600, RX 6700, 16GB 2666 (will upgrade soon), 750W Seasonic PSU.

These are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue with your RX 6700:Eliminate Hardware Issues:

Test with Stock Settings: Run your system with the GPU at stock settings (no overclocking or undervolting) for a few days. If the crashes persist, it might not be related to tuning.

Stress Test: Use stability testing tools like FurMark or Heaven Benchmark to stress your GPU under heavy load. If it crashes during these tests, even at stock settings, it could indicate a hardware problem with the GPU itself.

PSU Check: While you've upgraded your PSU, it's still worth double-checking its connections and ensuring it's functioning correctly. You can use online calculators to estimate your system's power draw and confirm if the PSU is sufficient.

 Software Troubleshooting:

Clean Driver Install: Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove all traces of previous GPU drivers before installing the latest stable driver from AMD's website. Avoid modded drivers as they can be unstable.

Disable Overlays: Overlays from applications like Discord, GeForce Experience, or even Windows Game Bar can sometimes interfere with drivers. Try disabling them temporarily to see if it helps.

Repair System Files: Use the System File Checker (SFC) tool to scan and repair any corrupted system files that might be causing issues.
