Hi all,
My PC for quite some time now had been black screening (PC stays on) and the only way to remedy it is to shutdown the PC. As well as this, my GPU drivers (AMD adrenaline) have been timing out and I have been getting error codes 22 and 31, and Ive noticed it seems to do it a lot when I'm scrolling through steam.. And multiple graphical glitches (picture shown). I have also noticed my CPU temps have been around 50-60 while idle even with a thermal paste change.
I've tried essentially everything to fix it. Purchased a new PSU and regretfully a new GPU, reinstalled windows and drivers, checked RAM updated BIOS, disabled windows updates , and MPO etc and nothing seems to have worked. I genuinely thought it was my GPU but it's doing the same thing with the new GPU. I'm now wondering if it's either the MOBO or CPU and thinking I should replace one of those, and if so what should I start with. I'm starting to lose hope in fixing it ahah. So any help will be greatly appreciated

GPU: Radeon RX 6700 XT and previously Radeon RX 5700 GAMING X
MOBO: MSI - B450M MORTAR MAX
CPU: AMD RYZEN 3600
PSU: Thermaltake 650
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2X8GB
